Haven't posted here for a long time. How's everyones progress going?
Hit 405 lbs today, previous pr was 380 lbs. Had to double take and make sure it was what it was. 315 and 365 moved way better than usual so had to go for something good.
If you haven't been on a consistent workout grind you will lose fat and gain muscle once you start again.
Other than that, what @Black Adam said. Body recomp. Calculate your BMR and eat about 200 -400 under that for sustainable weight loss.
Meet got cancelled and I fell off hard the last few months of 2020. Started back up for 2021. Trying to rebuild my squat. Deads still kinda strong and bench still going up.

My left elbow pops whenver I punch it out.
My knee cap pops out of place from time to time. All I have to do is extend my leg slowly until it pops back in.
