It's going to be very tough for the Sharks to get Game 5 in Pittsburgh with the cup right in front of the Pens. I hope they can find a way to pull it out but it's going to be tough. Pens have looked faster and more aggressive for most of the series.
It's true though - it's not going to happen but the Cavs are better matching up against the Warriors without them. Both players can't defend well, and they're getting defended well (which is why they can't go off offensively like they have). None of the other teams they faced up to this point...
Cavs simply don't have the personnel to match up with the Warriors in my opinion - winning 6 games in a row with roughly the same team is not a fluke. If Richard Jefferson is one of your best bench players at the moment, that's a problem. That has nothing to do with LeBron by any means, just...
:hat Great win
My guess is Warriors in 5 for this one, there's just nothing the Cavs can do to match up against the Warriors. Compared to OKC this is so much easier, it's easy to tell by how easily the Warriors can get going on offense. Last two games have felt more like regular season games...
Agreed, no reason to buy an authentic, unless it's a collectible you're getting signed/framed (in my eyes). Swingmans are nice enough and that price difference is too much. I wouldn't want to wear an authentic outside to begin with knowing its price tag.
Back in the day, authentics were $150...
Agreed - I see them focusing more on defending Livingston, etc. However, that means that Curry and Thompson will get better looks as a result. Cavs definitely aren't out of it yet, and they'll always have a chance with Lebron on their team. OKC had players that can disrupt what the Warriors do...
This game showed that the Cavs can't bother the Warriors the way OKC did, and I'm not sure what personnel moves or strategy changes are out there for the Cavs to make to keep this from potentially going beyond 5 games. If Cavs continue to go small and try to match the Warriors that way, this...
:hat Great game today.
After OKC, Cleveland didn't look like it could present Warriors with the same matchup problems and based on one game, that appears to be true. Cleveland simply doesn't have enough defensive players that can disrupt the Warriors flow the way OKC did - you could see the...
We'll see how it plays out starting tomorrow, but I just don't think the Cavs can present the matchup nightmares that OKC did in order to really threaten the Warriors. They don't have those lengthy defenders that can cause havoc and get the Warriors to turn it over. Cavs would be better served...
Gonna be a great series. I think Warriors in 6, Cavs will be better than when they got washed last February, but I don't think they've been challenged at all this postseason and in my opinion that'll hurt them a bit this series. I also just don't think the Cavs can bother the Warriors the way...
:hat What a comeback, what a series
This was hands down the most satisfying series apart from winning the Finals last year, due to the circumstances. OKC had the players and talent to give the Warriors tons of trouble and they almost took them out, but Warriors kept at it and found a way to win...
What a game last night, to say the least :hat I think it was hands down the most emotional, most satisfying win since any of the Finals victories last year, and perhaps even more so considering the circumstances. Klay put the team on his back offensively, and Draymond and Iggy put the locks on...
First post here in ages lol.
Last two games have been really tough, OKC is on fire right now. The big problem has been those silly turnovers that lead to those crazy OKC runs. And Curry definitely has to step up at some point and take over the series.
I refuse to believe this series is over...
$400? Disappointed UA has bit off Nike and is now trying to milk us for money where they can. The pack should be priced $300 for those two shoes alone, and that fancy box.
I will almost certainly get a pair, but I agree - these look a lot like the Curry 1s. Would have liked to see a little more creativity in the design to make the shoe pop a bit more. From a performance perspective, maybe they needed to keep the same shape/form to meet Steph's specifications.
Got my home lows today :hat
Like them overall, they definitely fit quite tight, glad I went up half-size (could have even got another half-size up). Maybe they'll break in after some wear though.
Congrats, make sure you get her lots and lots of Warrior gear so she knows what team to go for, haha
All the moves made make sense, and I think it's a blessing in disguise David West didn't work out for us (doesn't quite fit what the W's do, anyway, would see him rotting on the bench).
Spurs...
