That scratched toe box must have been done during shipping. Both my FTA and SNKRS pair hair the same scratch on the left shoe. Will keep one and return the other

How do you guys clean the nubuck? I guess I have dry hands. As soon as i touched the toebox it became ashy. Wiping with my hands made it worse lol
