If you were impressed at barney's prepare to possibly be blown away at self edge/blue in green. I don't think you will have seen so many shades of dark denim in one place.
I got the sands from them in a couple days. I ordered on the first release and they marked down all packages they shipped. The Chinese are all about avoiding fees, I'm glad they showed some love to all their customers.
Nothing beats the look of well worn raws. I've worn raws for 8 years and never bought non raws again. The only limitation with this is lack of denim rotation if you are only buying a max of 1-2 jeans a year (which I do). Japan has quality denim on lock down.
Brah, if those look like women's jeans that is one big *** woman. They just look carrot-like when unworn due to the extra taper. I consider myself a denim head, but none of the jeans I've considered had elastane. If you fluctuate in weight or there isn't a good cut for your body type, I would go...
I would consider myself a denim purist but haven't been interested nor purchased denim with elastane. I guess it could help with the longevity of the denim or help if your weight fluctuates.
I wear 8.5 for 997/998 and size 9 in glv/gliii (I cannot go .5 up or down). I have flat/narrow feet and my 8.5 mt580 Canadian tuxedo is a little large. They are the only 580s I have though. My least comfortable new balance due to the stiff midsole and the higher arch.
It's really hard to say, no one claimed to know any "production numbers" as far as I have been concerned. I would assume they would hit the US, just keep an eye out. Not much has been mentioned on clots after their different releases in China/Japan/EU as you already know. I haven't really kept...
I think you might be confusing the sandlayers with the sands. The Clot "sands" have not been released in the US to my knowledge. The sandlayers were released in the US already.
First release for sands/lavenders was China I think. Maybe Japan released em around the same time too.
Really interested in those j crew's. I haven't grabbed any collabs from them yet, cause the colorways weren't doing it for me. The butterscotch colorway is different from anything I have, kinda funky and I like it.
Has anyone worn through a 997 or 998 outsole? The heels on my shoes are usually the first to go and my nb outsoles still look pretty damn good. On the flip side I rotate quite often so I have taken that into consideration.
I would keep the grey rc's with a mark. With all the dirt that will accumulate on the shoe, it won't be a big deal. No one will stare hard enough to notice the mark on the heel, except you and the rest of nt.
