My experience with round two is that it all depends on who's behind the counter doing the buying. One dude will say they're not taking the item because it's not selling, and the next day another dude will buy it no problem. You tried going to RIF to sell the creams? I think they're always buying...

That's normal since they don't do scans during the ground transport, mine shipped May 2 and it should be here some time today. So I'm guessing yours will probably be delivered on Monday.

They got another one further down on their FB page that ends may 6. Its a regular gleam raffle.

Probably just common sense with box shape and weight. Plus past experiences of some customers telling them whats in the package, I talk to my mail person sometimes about what I ordered. Although I think it's weird but excitement gets the best of me sometimes...

They look like they'd go well with some pocketless jeans and a baby phat jacket. 

The size 14 resellers on stockx are desperate. $222 ask price   that's only like $20 profit after shipping and fees.
