Try the ATC links next time, they're floating everywhere now so it's getting harder to cop if you're trying to add manually. Todays stock seemed to sell out way faster than tuesdays.

Hollow doesn't sound right IMO, sounds like an empty tin can when it moves around. I had a small hollow piece before I knew better and would get annoyed by the sound it made, had my jeweler remake it so it's heavier, it's still semi-hollow but it has like 3x the weight now so it doesn't sound...

If the chain hangs straight and you like it I say go for it. As long as you think the extra price is worth having it now vs a week or 2 for one from Leon or Rey.

Had to test out a new mod on my smoker and a different style of charcoal placement so I decided to throw on some pork butt for pulled pork. Came out better than when I actually try to make good pulled pork :lol:

What setup do you use for smoking? I did smoked wings only like 4 times, first time was great they were nice and crispy. Every time after that was a disaster, my wsm doesn't reach 400 and struggles to get to 350 so I think that might be it. I've heard smoked then fried wings are really good...
