I hear people talking about taking zoom air out of sb dunks and putting it into regular dunks and I wanted to know where to find this "zoom air"because I have a pair of lebron 2 lows and they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Is this because of the zoom air? If so I would like to takeout the zoom air insole out of my lebrons because their beat to the ground. Sorry for such a newb question. If this doesn't belong here could a mod pleasemove.

Thanks in advance

Some shoes have a zoom insole - i.e. the foamy bit of the shoe that lifts out of the inside. You can see it if you turn them over - there's a thin airbubble looking thing stuck to the bottom.

I don't know if the Lebron's have those - never had a pair.

It sounds like you're mixing up the insole and the midsole though - regular zoom air is inside the midsole so you can't do anything with it. You wouldhave to cut it out and then it would probably ruin the shoe you're trying to transplant it into.
