These look fake, the swoosh looks like it has no gloss. China started selling fakes with the proper box tag and fake receipts now, so watch out. No pictures of the tongue also raise a red flag. Suede also looks too dark.

the lacelock pic is blurry

i believe the strap is too high as well, but the blurry pics and messy laces make it difficult.
