I apologize for being absent so much of the past two weeks, especially leading into WrestleMania. I was going through some personal things which I've now thankfully taken care of. I also finally got my work visa approved, so I will be leaving for Mexico City on Thursday, April 3. So I have a million things going on right now. Unfortunately, due to the timing of when I have to leave, I no longer can attend WrestleMania. I'm really bummed out because it was something I was really looking forward to... being in New Orleans, seeing the show, and meeting up with a bunch of you guys. I was completely planning to go but once the visa came through, I found out I cannot leave Mexico for seven days once I arrive. So unless I was going to postpone my job, there was no way to make it work. So I hope everyone going to Mania has a great time. And I'm really hoping my apartment has good internet access and the Network doesn't fail me. I'll hopefully see everyone in San Francisco next year.
So like I said, I've been out of it for about the past two weeks. I did watch Raw last week, not live. It was a pretty boring show being three weeks out from Mania. The big thing was the Passion of the Bryan. I thought the beating went on for too long but HHH and Stephanie were so hatable it really worked. I think 99% of people expect Bryan to beat HHH and go on to win the title, but the Bryan and HHH/Stephanie feud has been very good so far.
Bray Wyatt and John Cena has also had an awesome build in my opinion. I was really critical on Bray's promos early on, but he's been knocking them out of the park leading up to this match. I'm still not sold on the match itself being any good, but I'm still looking forward to it to see how it plays out. The Eminem music video last week was awesome.
One match I'm not really feeling anything for is The Undertaker and Brock Lesnar. That's most likely because outside of the initial contract signing/stabbing, these two haven't been on the same show together. That changes tonight, so I hope they have something big planned to get the heat up for this match.
Hulk Hogan will be on tonight's show.
Scott Hall is expected to be the final announced member of the 2014 Hall of Fame. I think it's overkill putting him in this year as there are already plenty of big names.
We'll also have the build for the other matches on the show...
The Shield v Kane and the New Age Outlaws (ugh)
The Usos v The Real Americans v RYBAXEL (ugh)
Multi-Divas Match (ugh)
The Andre The Giant 30 Man Battle Royal (I'm actually looking forward to this)
Raw is live tonight in Brooklyn at the Barclays Center (JTG sighting???)
