Why is Dwayne Wade getting serious MVP talk..?

If Kobe Bryant in 2005 averaged 35 PPG and had his team 7th seed.... and came 4th in voting for MVP that year ....theres no chance in hell Dwayne Wade shouldbe getting any kind of serious MVP talk for having his team in 7th in the East right now...

he's in talks the way the kobe was in talks when he was leading the league in scoring and just like how lebron scoring last year, wade's pretty much inthe same situation where he's got 1 or 2 helpful teammates but besides that he's tearin it up which is the most important aspect, people recognize thathe's tearing it up

but chances are that hes not gonna get it, its obviously going to go to some superstar on a very good team (either a division winner or a conference winner) -possible players like kobe, lebron, d-howard, tim duncan, chris paul, or maybe even billups with whats going on with denver

if your team doesnt at least win its division, chances are you're not getting it

Nah Lebron is having the most efficient season ever. If you accept Jordans, 87-88 season as the best season put together in the modern era, Lebron's PER isabove that.

Lebron's sophomore year numbers are better as of right now except for blocks. The year ain't over yet so we'll see, not fair to evaluate yet. Thatbeing said he should be MVP, as of right now.

Exacly, his sophomore number are comparable, but remember he is playing about 5 min less per game, and still posting those numbers. Also, his field goal % andFT % are up, so he doesn't have to take as many shots to get that 27 ppg.

Like many people have said, Kobe getting nods in 05 is should justify Wade getting nods right now.

Kobe avg. 35, 5,5 (all defense and all nba 1st) and taking d-league scrubs to a 7 game series was unreal.

Wade avg. 28 and 8 with dwight howard blocks despite being a ****** is just unreal as well, dude deserves the recognition.
