who here has persistent unwanted thoughts/images pop in their head?

there are a few things that go on inside my head that i don't quite understand, something like this is definitely one. especially when it's someonethat made me mad. it mainly deals with dwelling on something. if it's a problem that can be solved, it's good. but if it's something that can'tbe changed; such as the past, a person with this problem is going to constantly think about it.

That is a symptom of anxiety/depression.

I have OCD, so yeah just look into it.
