Which DS pair should i cop?

I have a choice to cop a pair of Black cement 3 promos from 2008 or a pair of Flint 13s from 2010 both for 180 shipped. im stuck. which one should i get? in your opinion

I'd personally go with the black/cement IIIs. It's up to you though...with the IIIs you'll probably have to deal with some paint chipping but with the XIIIs you might as well get the '05s since they, besides being better quality, actually have 3M material. As far as which is the better deal, I don't know what either go for right now.

Edit: ^not sure what the deal is with promos, but like any pair you're not sure about...make sure to get them checked out before you buy.
