Which colleges have the best parties?

this is a factor in the college that i'm going to choose, so i'd like to know which colleges have good parties?
i've heard good things about U of Miami, Penn, USC, and Texas

for an ivy penn is fun.....but i mean you don't apply there for the parties.

most fun school IMO is ASU but obviously it's not on par with an ivy

Focus on which school is gonna help you get further in life.
As for parties, college parties are what you make of them.
All school have parties, unless you are looking for a very particular type of party.

for example, if i get into Penn, and into some school that has better parties, like Miami, im not going to choose Miami
education is THE factor for me

you mean Penn (the Ivy league)? or Penn State? if you mean Penn, uhh.. one of these things is not like the other
if you mean Penn State, then yeah they have a pretty big party scene
