whats your freethrow routine vol. what is karl malone saying?

1. Align right foot with nail or marking in the center of the free throw line
2. 3 dribbles with left hand
3. Line up the seams with right hand while aligning right elbow/arm with right leg
4. Bend knees and follow through

I've shot so many it doesn't even matter. I like to do the Nick Van Exel 18ft free throw though, usually I just catch the pass right away and justthrow it up there really quickly without even thinking about it. Like I said, it doesn't matter. I've shot them eyes closed in games, 15-18ft, musclememory, you just get used to it.
 
Spin the ball in right hand
two dribbles down the middle with both hands
one dribble to the right. yes rip hamilton.

if i miss i'll do a spin after the dribble to the right before i shoot.
 
1) 3 dribbles with right hand in the center.
2) Bend knees, get the ball in the right position on my hands
3) shoot

1) Dribble twice.
2) Wipe my left cheek with my left hand.
3) Blow a kiss.
4) Scream "YAHTZEE".
5) Shoot.

I usually miss.
 
1. Hold the ball in front of waist while looking up and take one breath in deeply.
2. Spin the ball within the right palm
3. Dribble and catch it (x3)
4. Do #1 again
5. Shoot
 
1) Right foot slightly in front (right arm aligned with rim).
2) 3 dribbles while staring down, then I spin the ball as I stare at the hoop.
3) Grip at the end of the spin 9while knees bent), then bend knees up and shoot.

90% FTW!

2. Spin the ball w/ both hands.

3. Dribble the ball three times again.

4. Shoot.
 
Spin the ball in both hands, 3 dribbles, spin the ball in both hands again, bend down, bounce up and down for a little while, then bounce up really fast intoposition and shoot.
I piss people off because it takes forever for a free throw.
 
toss the ball in front of me with a back spin

step to the line with my left foot on the free throw line and right foot behind it slightly.

the ball comes back

square up

i dedicate the shot to whoeevers on my mind at the time in my head.

shoot the ball.
 
(all while inhaling) spin the ball with my left, dribble once, then make sure i have a nice and comfortable grip, exhale, and finally shoot.

2) Two dribbles

3) Exhale

4) Bend my knees then shoot

1) Spin the ball with both hands (doesn't touch ground)

2) Three dribbles

3) Bend Knees then shoot

i should be more aware of the breathing technique that I'm using
