www.keepvid.com, download the clip then download Freez FLV to MP3 converter and use that to convert it to mp3. It supports .mp4 files too. You could take it a step further and get something liek GSpot so you know what quality to use.

with jdownloader with youtube you just copy the video link

and it gives you the option to download the video or mp3
