can someone tell me what paint is used to customize lebron 9s on that material its not leather

Any good leather paint will do... That's not the important part though. When the shoes come from the factory, they have a waxy coat over the leather areas. Be sure to strip that first...

Can anybody please share some info? I'm wondering what type of paint to use on the hyperfuse-like material on the LeBron 9 lows. Will Angelus acrylic paint still work? I've seen someone customize his pair and the paint job did not look too good.

Thanks in advance!

it depends on your painting skills... angelus will do the job if you strip the factory coat..

Im assuming acetone is used to strip off the waxy coating? im thinking about buying a pair or lebron elites and try to make a red playoffs pair.

also to those who have worked with angelus red before, will buying the red be enough or do i have to get other colors to get it correct

angelus works as a good top coat on some of these new materials. Finding the correct primer can be difficult. Angelus doesn't adhere to everything. Definitely
test it out before doing the shoe.
