I decided to start leaving super early in the morning to fight the DC metro traffic and hit up the local Sport and Health before I go into work in the morning.
I just ran a 5K Saturday morning with what felt like to jacked up ACLs from playing basketball.....I figured the hot tub would be perfect for my legs.
I hit the hot tub around 6 am and I had a seat on the wall and was just relaxing.....and then it hit me I was the only guy in there with a pair of shorts on. Every guy in there seemed to be middle aged and it had me thinking, what is the acceptable attire/or not attire while in the public hot tub/whirlpool at the gym?
Maybe it is an age thing or something or maybe I just haven't been in the public hot tub in a long long time, but I guess when you hit a certain age folks don't even care anymore.
