What do I do?!

So I had a pair of shoes listed on eBay. In the listing it said "no international shipping." To my dismay today I noticed someone from China with no feedback had bought the item. I had a u.s. buyer that was going to make payment tomorrow. How did this happen? What do I do?

ship to the 1 buyer but collect money from both the buyers.

Relist the shoes I guess. Open a dispute that someone internationally bought the item when you clearly stated no international shipping.

Or just charge like 30 more for shipping, insurance, and ship them.

No problem. Most likely the person from China won't pay. Even if they do just refund the money and cancel the transaction, you'll have to wait a couple days but you'll get back your FV fees. Just ask US buyer for their paypal email. Send them an invoice. You'll save ebay fees and they are still covered.

Sell them to the dude in the US. Sending a pair of shoes over to China with a 0 feedback account is literally asking to get scammed.
Dude will get them, file a claim, and send you back ROCKS.
