arguably yes. there is no one in hip hop, that generates as much interest from the public as Wayne. Agree or disagree? but going by stats and catalogue BestRappers alive are arguably Jay-Z, Nas, Eminem & Rakim. Wayne's ALBUM catalogue will get there someday hopefully...
