^ about the same.. but the 2nd is about $10 more in shipping charges.. but everything else is pretty much the same

so with the spec difference, does the 2nd item beat the 1st with a large margin or unnoticeable?

if it's pretty much the same price I'd get the 2nd one,

main differences I see is the response time and the 2nd one supports 1080p(even though at 32" it's not really noticeable), the lower the response timethe better and the 2nd one has 6.5 compared to 8

well this tv wont have any HD channels due to the fact that our HD receiver box is in the living room, and this tv is specifically, for my roomwith regular cable..

and a 360

so will the response time and the 1080p even matter if anything? th more bucks i save the better

I sold cable in a circuit city for a while and Im no expert by any means but with Vizio the only problem I've heard of is watching basic cable. Picture isvery grainy when not watching HD (like most HD tv's but especially these). At the very least spend the extra $5 a month and get a digital box, or the extra$10 and get HD.

Just cause that person had huge problems, doesn't mean everyone will. Most people that I know that own Vizio's are extremely satisfied with the product.
I agree. I bought a 42" for my room and I've had it for about 1 year and a half and it works and looks great.

I've had the VO32L for about a year and a half so far & I love it. I use it for gaming with the ps3 and watching tv with a hd receiver. Blu raylooks great and tv watching is excellent. Also my friend has the VW32 and he's had it for 2 years, no problems at all. Same for me.

i got the 37" full hd one from costco back in april for 800 and its
