got damn they was taxing on them games :x .....i cant complain bout grabbing 2k for $30 on black fri

i didn't realize snes and genesis games reached that price point :wow:

and the cartridge adapter for the sega saturn is still kinda expensive now if you look lol

The cartridge era got very expensive. Ram was costly so when they started getting into the 32MB (not sure exact size) size games like super street fighter 2 on SNES, we were looking at $72 then. That was one of the big issues that pushed the cd based console market, besides the whole industry going that direction (besides Nintendo as usual), and graphics

I didnt know games were 60 bucks back then. Lemme go kiss my momma on the cheek for that. And I remember I got In Your House on Sega Saturn for Xmas that year.

Jesus man, that bevis and butthead game was 60 bones in 96? Had no damn clue, pops looked out for me.

Mortal Kombat 3, MK Trilogy, Jet Moto :smokin

:wow:  Memories! Kids just don't have it the same. Games back then were made with fun and storylines in mind, not graphics and DLC.
