TOP FIVE UNDERRATED RETRO RELEASES OF 2010

Title is simple enough. What are your top 5 underrated retros of 2010?

5. Nike Lunar Rejuven8 - Super lightweight and comfortable, great NSW design. Not sure if this is a true retro, but close enough.

4. Nike Dunk 6.0 SE Purple - Purple canvas upper with grey swoosh and padded tongue. C'mon, now. The vulc sole works! 6.0 making moves!

3. Nike Air Force 1 High Workboot - Not an AF1 person but I thought these were perfectly done. Anticipated these to sell out but have yet to see a pair on the streets and have recently hit outlets.

2. Nike All Court Low - All the colorways that dropped were great but the white/navy, white/lime, and white/fuschia were awesome. Awesome summer lifestyle shoe - a category Nike struggles with against Vans and others.

1. Nike BW Gen II SI - Classic silhouette revamped with Torch and seamless upper. Extremely lightweight and comfy. Prices dropping everywhere and i've yet to see these on anyone's feet.

Honorable mentions:

Nike Air Mariah - Classic Nike shoe, no noise whatsoever.
Nike Air Max 1 Air Attack Pack - Hitting outlets everywhere.

1 - Carnivoress, both o.g. colorways  We all talk about quality, how they refuse to make things closer to original, and they did it with these.  Even all these years later, in 2010, they still look "weird."  And weird is good.

But as of now, for me, I can only come up with the Carnivores.

And lets not forget the Air Trainer Huarache coming in 2011!
But as of now, for me, I can only come up with the Carnivores.

Yea only thing I believe that's underrated this yr so far were the carnivores...wht/red am1's were nice as well...I can't really put af1's in the category because most people hate on them, why I don't know, but if they were included the workboot as well as blk and grey futura hi's

You mean the same ones wearing all the patent leather lows a few years back.

Yeah.

As somone said here last week, the game moves in cycles. 

I just hope the cycle doesn't hit my all-time favorite (Flightposite I) no time soon, but its coming if they ever release that blue foam 1 colorway with the clear sole...

for me the list would be:

Air Mariah- I had to call all over the US to find them in my size, NDC didn't have them in the halfsizes past 10, and no one in the South seemed to have gotten them. Now I hear they're all over the outlets.

Carnivores- So far I'm the only person I've seen actually wearing them, I love the forward reaching design, it's been 17 years since they originally came out and I got stopped by people all the time asking me what the hell I have on my feet.

This year's Presto retros, I've yet to see anyone have them outside of Japan and small boutiques in Europe, I wanted a pair of the houndstooth ones really bad but I can't remember what size I need to get in them.

The SB Dunks, this year there's been some surprising slept on great colorways, most places still have the Koston Lows, I saw the Oceanic Air QS drop in price, even those Born on the Fourth dunk highs are sitting it seems like.

The Trainer Max 91 looks like it might be slept on as well, with all the excitement surrounding the AM90, so far the only shops I've found that are even carrying the shoe are about 2 hours away from me, so I don't want to pull the trigger on it myself until I can actually put them on my feet and see if I still like them.
