tongue stuffing and rubber soles painting

i know this shoudnt be the 1st time this topic has been up...

needed some guidiance, what is the correct cotton to be used to stuffed?

what are the correct paint to be apply on the soles of the shoes? rubber paint? needed some paint that doesnt make the soles slippery after painting

help needed, thanks for looking

ya i would like to no how to stuff as well...i already messed up one pair of shoes...

as far as I know, there is no paint for rubber...at least not the sole
