The Timepiece Thread vol: READ THE 1st POST!!!

Does anyone have a watch box from Toyocraft? I've seen a lot of collectors get their watch box from them.

Hand-made in Japan.

I put in a custom order for a watch box 6 in Hinoki blue. Picking it up when they come to DC for their fountain pen show so I can avoid shipping cost and customs :pimp:

I'm using a £30 joint from Amazon

Jokes aside, their work looks good. I may need to invest in something a little larger as I've recently picked up some pieces

Yeah a friend at work has the seaweed it's a nice piece. I had the original black ceramic dial seamaster back when they were around 3k. You got a lot for your money back then.

I definitely agree with the Sub being a better looking watch in general, it's my favourite piece in my collection and I'd never sell it

You're right about Rolex being more conservative with colours used but Tudor.....

Awesome piece. Love the BB58.

I’ve been wearing my blue one on an integrated rubber strap from Vanguard straps. Was perfect throughout my honeymoon in the ocean and pools.

Yeah it's refreshing as I've been wearing modern Rolex daily for years. The way the case tapers down to the jubilee bracelet looks really good. The silver dial text is also something that's missed by a lot of people.

I'm looking at some rubber options at the moment but I think I'd probably prefer to invest in a good oyster bracelet first.

guess price of gold going up finally caught up to rolex?

The price of gold dropped back down though. That's why some of those dealers that thought about melting some of their watches decided against it until the price goes back up.

As a wanna be golfer I love to see the watches on the pros wrists. Min Woo was wearing this de Bethune… went down a rabbit hole and man they have some nice pieces

Would love to get a rubber or even leather strap for my titanium longines spirit but can never find an oem one on their website. Any recommendations? It has that easy deployment feature.

Have you asked your AD? My AD has ordered a OEM bracelet for my longines hydroconquest commonwealth games 2026 and it seemed easy enough.

There was a lot of talk about the big block coming back but personally I prefer this dial layout a lot more.

I can see the whole range transitioning into this configuration next year's W&W. This watch has the exact same movement as the larger model which means they could've done this from the beginning.

Even more pressure on Omega now. An automatic chronograph at a more accessible price point, in a smaller package with arguably better specs...
