I genuinely feel bad about something at work.
I asked a coworker why everyone dislikes him
he laughed, told me he just keeps to himself after he came to the realization that he wasn't being appreciated as he thought he should have.
later on in the day he lashed out and disobeyed the supervisors orders, is going to get written up and fired.
I feel bad bruh, I feel like I was 'da catalyst, b'
:\
he's a good guy, he was being "a D" way before this chat, but iunno, still feel guilty.
Social skills.
Learn some.
lmao, I said it like a joke, and believe me, he knew it.
it's obvious he thinks he's better than anyone else, he resents it, and distances himself from everyone.
he's literally never around.
so I knew it was on his mind
he called for assistance on the walkie talkie, and everyone told me to NOT HELP HIM... I went anyway and asked him "how hard did you try to get everyone to hate you"
he laughed, told me his story, but ended by telling me he's been discouraged lately by not moving on with his career, that's when I felt bad, then what happened later made me feel worse.
I'm wondering if I'll ever see him again, no romo.
