Five Guys cajun fries are great. Sometimes you gotta just throw them in the air fryer for a couple of mins which is fine.

Most spots just want to get folks in and out, so they cook the fries as quickly as possible.
If you want that extra love and care, you request fried hard / well done.
You can do this anywhere that sells fried food as it can curb the sogginess that naturally happens if you aren't eating the food right away.
