The whole ratings discourse definitely reflects all the changes in how the league is discussed and followed nowadays compared to traditionally.

So much less focus on actual storytelling in favor of attention bait and hot takes.

All the changes within media have impacted sports as much as every other venue, the NBA especially so.

They way he talks bout NYC you can tell he thinks highly of it n closest thing to back home in Paris, definitely more French ppl and things there for sure …when he’s in SA probly thinking “this not what I imagined America to be growing up”
