The Official NBA Season Thread

The Randle/Goob frontcourt just can’t be trusted. Spacing is all jumbled and both guys do boneheaded stuff.

Its not going to get that way because rule changes are coming. Just a hunch. The difference between good basketball and entertaining basketball is widening due to the math. Only rule changes can fix it. MLB made changes and it did wonders
What kind do you think they'll make? Half of a teams shots must come from inside the arc? Idk, I don't think the nba wants to micromanage in that way and tell teams how to score. It's one things to limit foul baiting to manipulate the game and officials, but it's another to say we know this is how you want to play, but play this way. And then how would it be enforced in game?

The only real way to counter balance it is to make inside the arc cost 3 as well. Then only dudes afraid of contact will opt deep balls. As long as there's a disparity is points earned, people are going to keep taking them.

Thinking from a business standpoint, like how bonuses are factored, tie the 3pt percentage higher into someone's paycheck. or accuracy as a whole. not just 50/40/90 bonus, But if you want a worker to be better at their jobs, set a metric and hold people accountable. If it affects their money, people will find the higher percentile shots. Bonuses or deductions.

Anthony Edwards needs to get his head out of his ***. They were letting him get his pull up 3’s and he wasnt making em. Didnt even try to snake the p&r and make a play

I’ll say it again. ANT gotta score 32-35 a game and he’s capable of doing it for the wolves to have a better record.

He was 3-5 for three and ended up 3-12. Get to the hoop and get fouled, he’s a great free throw shooter.

I miss the days of uniform coloured sneakers

Celtics wearing black sneakers

Fire home and away colours

Crazy all-star colours

Everything just rainbow diarrhea now
