I think they will increase and extend the Cup games into January. That way the better teams have a better chance of qualifying (Celtics-Cavs didn't get in, Hawks did).Yeah replacing the Xmas schedule with one game will result in big losses. Even though a January game may be enticing, it's too far off from the other Cup games where it will lose momentum.
