I havent hooped since 09, matter of fact the time I went to NY and hooped with all those NTers was around the last time. Half the **** that is common and normal now was a travel then and didn't exist. Wanna get back to it or at least see if I can just get to where I can dunk easily again. I been to 330+lbs and back down to 210ish now and am actually slightly below what my weight was back then too

Congrats on losing all that weight. Not easy to do.
