i went majority nubuck with a leather swoosh. I was worried the leather wasn't going to be so great w/ these IDs. Going to get some angelus gold and paint some accents.I made the same pair a while back, but used mostly leather:
The leather is not very good, so stick with nubuck like Deebo16 says. I returned the above pair and remade with nubuck.

I received my first velvet lining pair today and I should have another one in on Thursday. Aesthetically the velvet looks awesome, super curious to how they wear for sure.

idk I guess I thought the texture would make up for lack of color but that's really on me. I like color and these aren't that. Probably should have skipped them bc of that but I'm a sucker.

Yeah, they were confirmed a while back as a women's pair. Feels like this happens with most releases with the OG color blocking.
