No problem! And damn that's a sweet discount! I've been thinking about buying them but I'm debating waiting to see if they ever go on sale, only problem is that I worry if I wait too long they won't have my size. If you order them post up pics, maybe the jealousy will push me to buy them sooner rofl.

I only came across these by accident on ebay looking for a decent priced pair of AM1 OG (red) which I shouldn't have slept on last year.

Anyway, found this thread and checked out the JD colourway. If I didn't read the comment about them being different I wouldn't have noticed the difference! But when you read the colourway the main colour is 'bone' a kind of off white which never looks good to me.

Good luck with copping. Should be easier if you have a contact in Europe. I't s not a hype release so no panic. But I think there is something about the colourway that is very OG but also fresh. I think this will stand the test of time so I've doubled up!

THANKS!!! Bro, I pretty much figured it was gonna be a euro exclusive, not hype about it, but damn those are one of the best air max essentials in a LONG TIME! So I thought it would be apart of my mini collection!

@  devon97 No probs on the heads up. I do find it interesting what things get deemed as US and Europe releases.

@pmdawn I think these are better than beaters! Future classic! I doubled up in case I later regret not taking the opportunity. Some of the eBay sellers reference this as a 2003 colourway so a reissue (of sorts)  with a 10 year window is something to probably not skip!

The thing I'm finding hard these days is what to risk going to the sales racks and what will just sell out before the racks!

Kind of Jordan 5 3Lab5 infrared esque. Maybe my only way to get that fix given the flop restock from Eastbay (not even mentioning that the UK haven't been graced with such an option!)

I was googling the style code and found this description of the colourway on Nike.au (Australia) - WHITE/LSR CRIMSON-PR PLTNM-BLK

I should be getting mine next week so will be able to confirm the actual colourway. I have seen other mentions of simply white/red/black. I suspect these may not be the fairly coveted (from my research) chilli red.

Just wanted to say so I'm not giving incorrect info.

I just scooped up a 2003 pair of Chili's right now and canceled my order for the Essentials. $100 more for the OG's with that incomparable OG mesh is well justified.
