I want to get in better shape and figured if I added swimming to lifting, running and basketball it would be that much better for me
but the thing is I don't really know where to begin when it comes to swimming exercises
should I swim a "jog" like pace or should I swim as fast as I can then stop and then go again more like high intensity training
and are there some other exercises that will help me become more explosive and increase my endurance
