Does anyone know what paint (color, brand and type) they use to make this? Also where to get it from and where to get the laces.

your always the first person the try and flame someone, i have never seen you post a positive comment. 

But OP, Angelus Paint.  try turtlefeathers.com for the paint and try fullylaced.com for the laces.  there was someone who did custom SB VI's on here, i would PM him and ask him for the the specific paint colors he used.

i've heard a lot of good things about angelus paint,  but i must agree that you should find and message the person who customized the pair on here if you are completely satisfied with the color they used
