Ridiculous! I have not been able to find a pair anywhere in BC. Vancouver, Victoria, Vernon, Kelowna. Every city I've been too, they have not had them. What gives? Why did we miss the boat on a shoe that is basically being called the best performance Jordan ever???

HOH Toronto had a size run on the first colourway, the black/green. I was able to get a size 11.5 but returned them because I couldn't justify the price. What you could do is one of a few things. First, try asking around to see if maybe someone has spotted some pairs in the outlets in the states. Secondly, you could search kijiji or maybe ebay for the right pair at the right price. Lastly, you could just try to purchase the Jordan Super fly 2's. They have the same flight plate technology as the XX8's. hope that helps

Previous sigs have always hit the outlets en masse. The 2012 was an utter failure - those triple box, ugly things had to be marked down several times before they moved. Can't fault them for trying to restore the allure by limiting the sigs but at the same time they need to get Canadian pricing in sync with US pricing.

The fact that it may be the best performance shoe ever has nothing to do with actually selling them here (in Canada).

Not saying it's cool that they're unavailable, but like dude said, no one here buys current Air Jordans anymore -- probably because they're so damn expensive and are impossible to wear casually.

Those same problems (price + ugliness) have dogged pretty much all the signature Air Jordans since the XXIII. So, yeah -- eBay or EastBay or something, man.

i had a pair sent from florida to me, and yes they are the best performing jordan of all time.

Some sizes made it to the nike outlets in Montreal.

I don't remember the price and I have no idea how they got there, because no store ever got them in Montreal :rolleyes

If you're in bc, you can always drive down to the seattle premium outlets - they released the aj 28 white perf there. But right now they are sold out though.

i don't remember actually :lol

sorry for the late response, i never check the regional forums 8o

I shouldnt have to go to washington to get them. That basically triples the cost of them. I should be able to go into my local footlocker and buy them on release day. Its so frustrating! Victoria didn't even get Kobe 8's this year! not a single pair at any stores on Vancouver Island for that matter! I don't understand any of it. I shouldn't have to order online, or go outta country to get them. I had a buddy go down to the states and pick me up a pair of kobe 8's and they ended up being too small! I have been a size 11 in the kobe line since the get go, but for whatever reason, the 8's fit small, so I was stuck with a pair of shoes that didnt fit, this would not have been a problem if i could have went to a local place and tried them on first so that I knew that the sizes changed.

Really frustrated by the XX8's limited availability in Canada. I've been salivating over the apparent performance benefits since day one. I'm in Toronto, and frequent HoH, Livestock, Capsule etc, and can honestly say I've never seen a shrouded pair anywhere. I've noticed that HoH has the first-wave of the camp SE pack (all except the Bel Air camo), but I just don't find them appealing at all and they're $215.

I agree.

I have been looking to pick up a pair of XX8 SE for my next ball shoes, but $215 CAN is pretty steep compared to the US pricing

I was at HOH Walden Galleria and they had the camo pack but they sold out of the Bel Air colourway (the one I wanted)

In terms of price, the XX8 SE is only $150 US which seems like a decent pricepoint. So I guess that means  the wrap on the original XX8's cost $100 US????

Yeah, the US/Can pricing is just all over the place. Usually there's a 25% increase between the US and Canada, yet somehow the SE's are nearly $75 more, and after taxes it'll come in a hair under $250.

I could pay $150 for a pair of ugly SE Camo's because I know they'd see a lot of action on-court, and it'd just be worth it to me. But paying $250 is just ridiculous; even if they were aesthetically appealing like the black/gold SE, $250 is just too much for the tech involved in the shoe.

They had the westbrook PE at seattle premium outlets, other than that no chance in western canada lol

was able to pick up a pair of Bel Air Jordan XX8 se last month in New Jersey for $150 US (no tax)

just a warning for anyone looking to purchase to play ball with

the air bubble in the forefoot pops very easily (there have been alot of returns for this reason), mine popped last night on both shoes

btw the Christmas Edition Jordan XX8 SE looks nice

so now have to look for another ball shoe (maybe the Jordan 11 gammas???)

thanks for the info. The fact that sooo many ppl have that problem with the forefoot air bubble really puts a red flag in purchasing these. Such a shame. It looked like a great performance shoe.
