Roshe Run Help Please!! Need help on painting the foam!

so i have a pair of roshe runs i wanna customize. what should i use to paint the foam?

and what should i use to paint the mesh on the entire upper??? please help!

For the foam you can use angelus paint you can pick it up at turtlefeathers.net & for the upper I'm assuming the angelus dye not 100% sure on that tho. I'm looking for a pair in my size to custominize as well.
