Hi there, i would recommend buying angelus paint it will be quite easy to do. But personally i think the shoes look good as they are but do what you need to, good luck

In person they are more pinkish

Well have a look for some solar or infrared angelus paint you can probably just paint over the top of the mid sole but you can also rub it down with deglazer
