returning foamposites to nike?

so i noticed on my foamposites that the tongue has ripped. i've only worn them a handful of times, so i was guessing this could be a defect. anyways, what would be the steps to sending them back to nike for the voucher? i remember seeing a thread about it but i couldn't find it in the search.
