Quick question about wearin Jordans to Prom/Graduation

Im sure this topic comes up every year around this time but has anyone ever wore Jordans to Prom or Graduation and gotten in trouble for it?
I really wanna break out my CDP XVIs and I plan to wear them with the gator so I dont think anyone will notice but I still wanna be aloud into
Prom and walk at Graduation.

I know I should wear dress shoes but its kinda important to me to rock my sneakers. Thanks for the Help NT.

Why would you get in trouble for it?
Go for it if you want, I decided against it cause shoes ALWAYS get stepped on in dances

You're not gonna wear your XVIs while meeting with executives in the future.
 
indohan is very right. it really bothers me when people ask about these things. there's a time to wear your sneakers, and there's a time when not towear them.

exactly. i wouldnt walk on the field with jays on either, they will get crazi dirty (especially if it rains durin graduation like mine)

Same thing I was thinking.

They're sneakers not dress shoes. I know Mike wore them with a suit in a pic and they say they are meant to wear with suits as well as sporting clothes butat the end of the day they're sneakers. Not dress shoes.

...hm. you know, not everyone has to become a slave to corporate execs in order to make it in this world. and yeah, i'd wear sneakers to the prom the gradAND the interview. people are cowards.

He said it, and why worry about someone stepping on your shoes! It's prom manng let loose and party! you won't regret it, i wish i can do prom all overagain.

I wore my black/gold retro 1's (same as school colors) to graduation and nobody said anything....
 
i rocked some xii's to homecoming once....only got in trouble with the date, pics def worth it

BUT since when is your prom preparation for meeting future executives.
Wear your sneakers, the prom is one of your last teenage moments......ENJOY IT.

In Prom, no! Vulnerable to getting stepped on.

Graduation, yes! I wore the NL retro I's to graduation. (School colors)
