i've got a pair of olympic zoom flight 96's and the heel part of the sole on the left shoe is becoming unglued. would it be best to remove the sole in its entirety in order to re-glue or just glue the heel part back on? is clear shoe-goo the only option? any help would be appreciated

I have found the best thing to spread with is a plastic shirt collar stay, you can get them at Macy's, Dillard's or even some Kohl's locations.  They are used to keep your shirt collar straight.  They are thinner than a popcicle stick and they bend a little easier to get to tough spots.  Also yes the shoe goo is clear.
