Well I just though I make this thread so I could get a few questions answered and help people who wondering the same things out also!.

1. How do you make colors like red, blue, green angelus paint metallic ? I know they have gold and silver but I want other colors done

2. How do you get the bottom of 3s or 4s to glow while still having a blue, green, or red glow color on the sole and rubber side. Do you have to mix it yourself or can you just use the glow paint itself and seal it considering the parts on the 4 are not leather more of a rubber. Should you paint the part white first then apply the glow in dark paint so it glows better?

3. *** THIS I REALLY WANT TO KNOW* How do you transfer a image or a pattern to a LEATHER Shoe or foamposite shoe NOT canvas shoes

I've seen it done a few times by a few customizers and durable at that. How do you do it heat transfer or not? what do you seal it with to make it durable?

4. Can you spray paint a shoe without it cracking Ive heard its possible if you do light coats.

5. How do you mix glow paint?

Im sure this will help alot of people including me

these are a lot of questions. none of these things are easy to do and im no expert at customs myself, but I will attempt to answer at least something. In order to mix colors you can check angelusdirect.com. this is a niketalk sponsored website and explains how to do this. Just google it if you want a detailed answer. I cant help you too much cuz I don't really know how to do these things myself

Alright a lot of these questions are pretty tough, and in all honesty I don't know the answer to all of them.

1. Answered above (generally stick to angelus paints or if you want to mix a metalllic paint make sure it is a light acrylic)

2. First off painting soles is never a great idea. Paint will rub off really quickly if you wear the shoes, the one way to get your painted soles to last is to apply sole-protectors to the bottom to protect the paint from scratching off. Generally I've heard that it is much better to mix a pigment that glows into the angelus paint rather than use glow paint. Glow paint can be a lot dimmer compared to when you add a pigment, however adding pigment can take a lot of trial and error. Pigments come in a variety of colours (green, red, blue, even purple) however the green pigment generally glows the best. Also the better pigment you buy, the better quality glow you can get.

3. I have been searching for this process for a looooooong time, and customizers seem to guard it with their lives. I wish I could help you with this but unfortunately I want to know just as much as you :/

4. Do you mean spray paint from a can or a spray gun. Personally spraying from a can is a terrible idea. Some people I have talked to have used an industrial type spray-paint to paint midsoles/soles, and I think that this is pretty risky in itself. However spraying from an air-brush is a great idea. Using an air brush you can get light even coats that are less likely to crack than if you use a paintbrush.
