PRICE/FAKE CHECKS REAL/FAKE? VALUE? NIKE HYPERDUNK 2013 WEST PROMO SAMPLE (With pictures)

First thread didn't post the pictures. Are these real Nike Promo Samples? What would the value be? I couldn't find another one like it. Any info on these shoes would be helpful.

Are these shoes legit? The stitching appears to be very uniform and the shoe appears to be very high quality.

Would fakers waste their time with making something unique like this? I could find another show with "West" on the tongue.

These shoes checked out. Went ahead and paid to have them authenticated by LegitGrails.

Still don't know who owned these shoes though. Could only have been a handful of people with size 17 shoes. Anyone know if there is a way to look that up?

Thank you!!! That looks spot on. I did find a reference to East & West being given out to players for the 2013 Rising Stars game as player exclusives. Added a picture of the East shoe.

Also, it looks like Anthony Davis was the only player from the West team that wears size 17. He also happened to go to the University of Kentucky, which is close to where I found these. I think it's pretty safe to say they belonged to him at some point and someone took them to Goodwill.
