Hi guys! How to prevent angelus paint cracking after painting? Is there any add which I can add to paint? Thanks!

if the leather is prepared right, by cleaning and acetone you should be good to go. But at the same time it depends on what material you are painting. I've never had a problem with the paint cracking and I've put it through the ultimate test.

I'm painting midsole . Near air unit I see cracking.

i've never customized a midsole on a Air Max sorry about that. But I have done jordan 4s and have yet to have a problem. I have customized the jordan 4 and also restored some jordan 3s. I know if the paint is cracking from that park of the shoe its mainly because the shoe wasn't prepared fully with acetone, which means the paint that was originally on the sole has not been wiped away just yet. Have you added anything to the paint?

I personally have issues in cracking on the toe box area after like 6-8 wears it cracks. Im pretty sure i prep right. I jist repainted some 3s miidsoles with angelus. Im going to start using them this weekend and see how they hold up. I will keep you posted with results View media item 939503
