Pre-paid cellular calling plans?

Hi,

For those Canadian NT'ers who have a pre-paid cellular calling plan: what are your top three providers in Toronto/GTA for the following criteria:

- Receiving international calls
- free calls between same provider

We wouldn't need Internet or anything, it would exclusively be for incoming/outgoing calls.

Any help would be appreciated!

im with mobilicity and my plan includes unlimited north america calling. $39.55 after tax per month gets me unlimited north america talk text and local unlimited data use
