Closest I get is Capri II or III but I don't think it's either of those.

Nike made so many of this type of shoe - classic lows. Sweet Classic, Tennis Classic, Capri, SB models and so on, but they are all slightly different it seems.

I tend to think those were some kind of boat/river shoes from the ACG line released many years ago (probably, close to 20 if it’s what I’m thinking.) Don’t remember their name, but also don’t think it’s that easy to find the exact same pair if it’s that old model tho.

To echo the comments already in here it's close to the Nike Capri SI if you want to look those up. This almost looks like a newer version.

Also doesn’t look like stock laces, but some version of the Hickies no tie laces
