Photoshop mockup Template help

Hey guys , anyone know how I would go about creating a mockup template of a sneaker from a hi res photo? I want to be able to change the colors , keep the realistic feel , etc , any help is appreciated thanks

Get the largest clearest whitest shoe you can find and make layers of every piece of the shoe. Then play around its the only way you will learn.
