PF Flyers - How do they fit?

I have stores anywhere near my that carry them(according the their website anyway). Ive never worn any Converse sneakers but have had a variety of Nikes and Jordans. As an example I wear a sz 12 in af1s and AJ XIIs. What could their fit be compared to?

to me chucks are way big for some reason, I'm naturally a size 13-14 but in Chucks I'm like an 11.5, with the PF Flyers, they are true to size and way more comfortable than Chucks. New Balance makes PF's now so that may be a reason why.
