The format is great - the first 4 traditionally give you your handicap for the final run - so the leader goes off first and then it’s a chase.

This one seems to be some sort of hybrid running and shooting - I think it’s like the biathlon where if you miss you have to do a penalty lap

yeah Breaking was just the cultural tie in event that France chose like Karate was for Tokyo, Flag Football will be the cultural tie in event for 2028
