On My Feet 10 hours a day (working retail) need recommendation for a good quality inner sole for the

I forget the brand but they are the insoles from Foot Locker. The green one for cross-training, not the blue reaction gel one (great for ball, not standing..)

I used to work at FTL and not only did they help with my foot pain and heel irritation, but wearing them actually helped me sell some (if you work in a shoe store).

I'm still on the same insole for 3 years now and I use them for my dress shoes. I think I saw the exact same ones at Walmart for much cheaper but I could be mistaken..

dr scholls has those new in-soles that are specifically made for your feet.

i dont know if they're hype or not...but if you go into walmart you stand on a machine and it picks an insole that works for you based on the shape of your foot, arch, etc.

if you could get some custom orthodics, then i'd do it. They'll be the best you'll find, no retail dr. scholls or any other insole will be as comfortable as them being custom made.

get a pair of superfeet. gel insoles are garbage because they offer minimal support at best, and the gel compresses really fast. i've used gel insoles before and they did not last long at all.
