you guys never signed up for a trial ever? they charge you an authorization amount first, $1 dollar usually. maybe $5. for companies like lyft its $25. but that charge falls off.

Tidal's already had issues with charging people in sorta-shady ways (though they'll fix the errors). So I wouldn't be so trusting that it was just a normal authorization hold

Zipshare/sharebeast will always get zip files, so why bother making music exclusive 2 tidal and not at least get some $ from the people who use itunes?
